Director of Connectional Ministries
Mike oversees the program ministries of the conference and is responsible for “keeping our conference vision before us.” He served as a local church pastor for over 30 before being called to serve in this role.
He is a writer and has a passion for resourcing local churches in the area of building “discipling systems.”

Executive Secretary, Connectional Ministries
Works closely with director of connectional ministries and specific conference boards and agencies: Church and Society, Lay Empowerment, Sessions, Nominations, Older Adult Ministries, Health Ministries, Congregational Health Ministries, Mental Health Ministries, and HIV/AIDS Task Force. Schedules building meetings, updates conference calendar, prepares pastors coordinated mailings, sends out clergy death notices, updates website, fulfills label requests from database, oversees promotional mailings for events, leads tours of conference center, issues CEU’s. Various Annual Conference responsibilities include organizing conference award, tracking in memory/honor flower donations and retiree information for Daily Link, coordinating member packets, and staffing the courtesy desk. Secretary for Mission Central Board of Managers.

Amy Wynn
Receptionist
Answer and direct phone calls. Receive and direct visitors to personnel and/or building meetings. Provide support for Child Advocacy Commission, Young Peoples Ministries Council, and Standing Committee on Loans.

Anne Horton
Director Camp & Retreat Ministry
Create, plan, and implement the Summer Camp Program for the Susquehanna Conference. Work with Camping & Retreat Commission with the four sites in the conference. Train and work with churches and volunteers in creating Safe Sanctuaries policies.

Kaye Anderson
Administrative Assistant, Camp & Retreat Ministry
Kaye Anderson is the administrative assistant for Anne Horton, Director of Camp & Retreat Ministry. Her primary duty is to process camp and retreat registrations. She also assists with various other office responsibilities related to the camping ministry, and when needed, offers support for other connectional ministries areas.

Rev. Warren Bevacqua
Director of Young Peoples Ministries & Christian Education
Main responsibility at the conference is to assist local churches to develop and implement vital and relevant youth ministry and Christian education programs. Also coordinates the Young Peoples Ministries Council.
Warren is an ordained pastor in the Susquehanna Conference who has served as a local church pastor for ten years. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, he graduated from Duke Divinity School in 2000 and moved to Central Pennsylvania with his wife, Jennifer, who is also a pastor in the Susquehanna Conference. Warren’s favorite hobby is making stained glass crafts.

Gerald (Jerry) Wolgemuth
Director of Communications
Duties support the Conference vision through the supervision of print and digital communication media: Editor of The LINK, and QuikLINK; video production, web presence, and public media relations. Provides consultation to churches in each of those fields.

Stacy Eckert
Graphic Designer & Web Management
Creates and designs brochures and postcards for events going on in the conference. For example the Great Escape 08: Mission POSSIBLE, and Bishop’s Confirmation Rally brochures. Help layout the LINK and Daily LINK; send it to the printer and place it on the Web for you to read. Also helps with the layout and structure of the Susquehanna Conference Web site along with keeping it up-to-date. During Annual Conference you will see her taking pictures to be placed in the Daily LINK. Also does other small jobs for the conference.

Editorial Assistant of Communications
Proofread and assist with layout of monthly conference newspaper, the LINK. Assist communications director with various projects. Layout of Annual Conference service and celebration bulletins. Accounts payable and receivable for the LINK.

Jody Robinson
Director, Discovery Place Resource Center
Discovery Place is the resource center for the churches of the Susquehanna Conference. Our ministry is to provide resources that will support the ministries of local congregations. Resources include printed and audio-visual resources, projection and sound equipment, and consultation services. The assistant director is responsible for the day-to-day flow of resources.
Jody greets visitors, answers the phone, responds to e-mails, and catalogues new resources. She also consults with clients to help them find the best resources for their area of ministry. Clients may access our resources in person, through our Web site, and online catalogue, or by phone.

Susquehanna Conference 
Building Floor Plan
Susquehanna Conference offices are located in Mechanicsburg PA with eleven district offices in the cities of Altoona, Chambersburg, Harrisburg, Lewisburg, New Cumberland (Mechanicsburg), Scranton, State College, Wellsboro, Wilkes-Barre, Williamsport, and York. Each of the district sites is headed by a district superintendent.
